ENVOY SPEAK, WIN, WIN POSITIONS FOR US IN AFGHANISTAN.

It is difficult to read the mind of God, as he will not allow us to read his mind , it is difficult to read the mind of Joe Biden as, he has no mind and it is difficult to say anything about Talibans, as they have neither mind nor brain.

Articles after articles and blogs have been written on the subjects. There is little scope for updating these articles as continuity is nowhere seen in Afghan politics, which has been taken over by turban wearing terrorists, with only one agenda “turn Afghanistan into a state of God, by making it a theocratic state. What is surprising that, nearly seventy thousand Taliban fighters, forced half a million, well trained Afghan soldiers to surrender to them. It must be clear by now, that nations cannot be hustled at the barrel of an American gun into the postmodern age, especially when they have not been allowed to come to terms with modernity.
After complete take over of greater part of Afghanistan, suicidal bomb blast in Kabul and in other places resulted in heavy causalities of civilians and opponents. the death ISIS has taken the responsibility of serial blast. Thus there is complete chaos in Afghanistan.
TALIBAN. Who are these people? They are mostly Pashtuns, a tribe inhabitants in Pakistan and Afghanistan, in search of education, but in fact the tribes are known preachers of violence. Now they are dead against, in principle, education for girls and empowering women. There are a large number of Pashtuns in Pakistan and surprisingly they won’t like to go to Afghanistan, but would extend logistics support to these fanatics. Several other tribes like Tajiks Uzbek Kazakhs Hazaras etc. are inhabitants of Afghanistan and they are contributing to the growth of fanaticism for reasons, known only to Tribal leaders. But the Pashtuns predominate and are regarded as most violent organization of terrorists. Talibans led by one eyed Mullah Umar, captured political power and changed the landscape of social life and politics of common people. Afghanistan has been epicentre of narcotics drug, and drug lords have monopoly in matters, relating to running administration. Surprisingly these Drug lords are educated and are using religion to further their sinister design. Their children including girls enjoy western system of education in the middle east and in Pakistan. Without these Drug lords, the concept of Golden triangle is irrelevant. In rural areas of Afghanistan, Taliban is unchallenged terror outfits. They have their own system of justice, and democratic ideas are not liked by them.
Taliban has openly declared that
girls below fifteen and widows are required by the Taliban fighters as sex
slaves to launch jihadist movement. They have issued warning to women, remain confine to their homes, as terrorists are not supposed to protect them.
Kabul is being inhabited by educated Afghan Muslims and are
not supposed to surrender their girls, as sex slaves to these fighters. Prior to suicidal blast, there was no large-scale violence in Kabul, leading to conclusion that these soldiers
of God are being guided by powerful nations, and so we expect a new government,
quite different from the govt of one-eyed Cleric Mullah Umar, who died in
obscurity.
FALL OF SAIGON AND KABUL Fall of Saigon, the capital of Vietnam cannot be compared with the takeover of Kabul by Talibans. Ho Chi Minh, president of Vietnam was a simple politician, willing to work for the poor people of Vietnam. Communism was at its peak and president of US, J F Kennedy, unnecessary launched war against Guerrilla forces known as Vietcong. Ho chi Minh was dependent upon USSR and China for supply of arms. There was no religious based terrorism. The Vietnamese people were and are still devout Buddhists, and they do not believe in a God. On the contrary, Talibans, whether literate or illiterates are religiously lunatic and they wedge war in the name of protecting scriptures. Vietnam did not receive money or donations from any drug lords or wealthy nations, while the main source of revenue of Taliban is donations from Islamic nations and support of drug lords. Vietnam is a poor country and made stunning industrial progress, after the war was over. The credit goes to the Vietnamese people with modern outlook. In the wake of Coronavirus, Vietnam did not suffer much and several MNCs migrated from China to Vietnam.
General Westmoreland, the famed American General, in Vietnam is remembered, as the last of the Mohican, but no body even knows the name of NATO or American Generals, who fought the illiterate zealots with military skill.
Afghanistan, on the other hand has dry fruits as a major source of income. Devastating floods and deforestation, resulted in growth of harvesting narcotics, which, severely affected its export of dry fruits. The Afghan army, trained by Americans were unable to hold the group back and, in many cases, walked away without firing a single shot. Few anticipated it would happen this fast. While there were warnings of a Taliban resurgence, should the U.S. military withdraw, we have seen the group make stunning territorial gains, amassing control of the country with the seizure of one provincial capital after another, and then finally Kabul, in a sweeping surge over just nine days.
US IN AFGHANISTAN. It is surprising that the most powerful nation of our solar system participated and cooperated with the terrorist organization Al-Qaeda, just to prevent the entry of communist ideology into Afghanistan. The American did not require the natural resources of Afghanistan and suffered badly, for a while Taliban was ousted, but violence continued to play with lives of soldiers of US.
Just
before final pull out, one General Kenneth McKenzie clarified that US
disabled all the armour vehicles, helicopters and heavy machines, it
means crippling the terrorists, who wont be able to kill people in the
name of religion
After collapse of
Soviet Union, US is bent upon humiliating Russia, without waging war against it,
but by imposing economic and political sanctions, which are more lethal than
nuclear weapons.
US had no other interests other than preventing Soviet Union from converting Afghanistan into its dependent state. But Communism has disappeared from the face of this planet, and US cannot help the terrorists, notorious for preaching the cult of violence. US has done right thing by pulling away from the war-ravaged country, leaving the country open for money lender like China, and a hate preacher like Pakistan. Russia is not welcome due to its proximity with Northern Alliance, a sworn enemy of Taliban. Northern Alliance also does not like Russia, but it needs Russian weapons to fight the Talibans. The area controlled by Northern Alliance is likely to see more dreadful bounty killing and Talibans are likely to be its worst victims. Russia is bent upon preventing the terrorists entering into Russia, and create problems like the Chechen are creating. Fanatic Clerics, needed American help to drive away the Russians and they succeeded and the birth of Taliban was celebrated. The Al Qaida was present in Afghanistan, but they were overpowered by the Talibans.
US also supplied the Taliban, a list of Afghans who worked for US in various capacity. They were supposed to be evacuated without harming them. It is not clear, whether Taliban has spared their lives. Now PENTAGON is telling the world that US will prevent the Taliban from getting or snatching nuclear arsenals from Pakistan.
WIN, WIN, POSITION FOR US. Contrary to general opinion, US achieved what it wanted for so many years, humiliate Russia and browbeat the overambitious China. A few airstrikes by US would have crippled the entire Taliban cadre, as is happening in the middle East. Sporadic airstrikes upon Iranian bases in Iraq and Syria have sent the neurotic Ayatollahs Ali Khamenei of Iran into gloomy melancholy. The Ayatollah is fed up with American sanctions and is stage managing the politics of Iran to get out of economic chaos, by reaching settlement with US. But the mighty nation did not carry out major airstrike in Afghanistan, and allowed violent takeover of Afghanistan by Talibans.
Ashraf Ghani was an economist and not an astute politician, he was hated by the Russians, Americans, Pakistan and former president Hamid Karzai and his friend Abdulla. Russians have accused, Ashraf Ghani, of fleeing the country with lot of money. Russians are not only lying, but expressing intense dislike for the fugitive.
For a while it appears that Pakistan is a real winner, but it is short lived glory. China is the first country to welcome the revival of the new Govt, simply the Talibans have dissociated from the Uighur, who are more dangerous than stone pelters of J&K and are efficient in killing innocent people with sharp edged knives. Pakistan has no options but to support Taliban, just to avert similar situation, likely to be created by home grown terror outfits.
Afghanistan has always been in lime light, ever since Soviet Union invaded to convert this country into a Communist state. In 1979 the president Najibullah was captured and hanged, Afghanistan is known for violent methods of capturing political power throughout its history. It is a landlocked country surrounded by many small Islamic countries and it has long border with China.
This country has certain minerals which are yet to be fully exploited, but so far, no country has shown any interest in investing heavily in Afghanistan. There are multiples reasons. It appears that religion plays important part in national politics. People are generally intolerant in religious matters, and if religion means sufferings in life, then Afghans would like to suffer, rather than submitting to modern ways of life, as seen in other Muslims countries
In the past, attempts were made to introduce western system of education and infrastructures were created for industrial development. Such type of developments is seen in Kabul and Kandahar. Education among women was seen as anti-religion by fanatics and in absence of modern communications, the religious leaders, who are generally clerics, succeeded in halting the progress of education. Moreover TV, cinemas dance etc were regarded as ant Islam and the Clerics demanded absolute ban of such social functions. In a way, stage was set for revival of dark age in this of fast internet.
Myth is being created in India by supporters of Taliban and some of the electronic medias, that Pashtuns are bravest tribes. but this is far from reality. They are known for religious violence and killing each other, for what is known as Revenge killing. Postunes kill fellows Postunes, for some petty reasons. During Indo Afghan war, fought under Indian Viceroy, Lord Auckland, nearly 17 thousand Indians soldiers perished, but situation has changed. With better road and mode of communication, it is not difficult to tame the Pashtuns, as has been done by Pakistan.
Taliban does not enjoy widespread support, and they do not believe in election. Tribal councils under the influence of drug warlords set the voting pattern and aspiring candidates have to toe the lines of these lunatics. Kandahar, a developed and ancient city is strong hold of Talibans and the people of this province never submitted to the authority of Kabul. Talibans are using most sophisticated weapons snatched from American trained soldiers, against their enemies.
Recently, in the presidential palace of Kabul, there were attacks and counter attacks among the Talibans. So many Taliban leaders have been killed but their names have not been disclosed. Haqqani brothers, who carry rewards on their heads and are pro Pakistan, engineered the brawl and survived..
ROLE OF ISLAMIC COUNTRIES. Besides neighbouring Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Pakistan are important players in Afghanistan, in absence of political and social unity among various tribes, trigger happy youths are enjoying their life, waiting to be martyred, so that they reach heaven without any hindrance. This is the philosophy of all the religious based terrorists.
Opening of an office by Talibans in Doha, cleared the hurdles for US withdrawal from Afghanistan, it is wrong to say that Americans withdrawal from Afghanistan tantamount to humiliating retreat. An elected government was working in Afghanistan, and the Talibans have learned to live with modern ways of life. Emergent of moderate Talibans with flexible religion views, is ultimately going to shape the destiny of Afghanistan. If Pakistan, China and Russia are going to fish in troubled water, then these countries are also going to suffer badly. It must be noted that Taliban has moved closely to China, which is witnessing resurgence of Buddhism of Tibetan style. The so-called Uighur Muslims are basically terrorists with leaning to Pakistan. So, dissociating itself from Uighur Muslims, reflect paradigm shift in orthodox views of religion.
Pakistan will always enjoy an edge over Indians interest in Afghanistan. India has no role to play, except being killed by Pakistan supported terrorists. India is not going to gain any thing, by involving in politics of a nation, being controlled by terrorists, for whom democracy means, capture political power by force. Educated Talibans have not uttered words against India, while, it has declared China as natural friend. Soldiers from Turkey were managing the security of important airports, and these Turkish soldiers will support Pakistan’s attempt to isolate India. In a way Afghanistan under Taliban cannot be a trusted friend, Taliban may welcome Indian help in creating better infrastructures, but it is doubtful if Pakistan will let Taliban to seek any kind of financial help from India.
It is also seen that some of the ministers and high-ranking officials of president Ashraf Ghani were secretly supporting the Talibans. Ashraf Ghani was not a popular leader, he was dependent upon US for keeping his political authority intact. With departures of Americans, Afghanistan is at the mercy of mad Clerics , Sooner or later Talibans have to accept the wonders of modern technology and modern education. Indian Officials are already in touch with moderate Talibans. Most surprising thing is the possession of sophisticated arms including rocket launchers by Talibans. Without funding by Russia, China and drug lords, purchase of these lethal weapons is not possible, but such type of funding is not going to last for a long time. China wants to reach Iran for oil and natural gas. Pakistan wants to support as Pashtuns of Pakistan may not tolerate the annihilation of Talibans.
BOUNTY KILLING. Americans suffered badly, from bounty killing launched by its known rivals. It was virtually impossible to stop these bounties killing. Now Russia has been, checkmated, bounty killing will be remembered as horrendous killing of Americans. Bounty killing is no longer feared against the Americans.
By withdrawing from Afghanistan US has achieved diplomatic victory as US is also under financial strain, owing to outbreak of Coronavirus. US is following the same policy in Middle East and Eastern Europe. Members of NATO cannot expect undisturbed financial support from US, as Russia does not pose a serious threat to Western Europe. Russia has its own serious economic problems, Russians are also not expecting warm welcome in Afghanistan
ROLE OF TURKEY. Turkey under an elected president Tayyab Recep Erdogan has emerged power broker in war torn country. Being an Islamic country and an adversary of Saudi Arabia, it has greater say in Afghan internal affairs. With certain considerations in mind, the president of US, has allowed the Turkish presence in Afghanistan. Taliban, not only respect Turks, but are also afraid of them. Contrary to popular belief, Taliban fighters are routinely captured by Iranians and tortured. India does not have very cordial relations with Turkey. There is also vague fear among Indian policy makers, that Pakistan may seek the help of Taliban to destabilize Jammu and Kashmir and Turkey may help Pakistan in its sinister design, but this is unlikely to happen, Taliban succeeded in driving foreign soldiers from Afghanistan, but Indians know the geography, and is in a position to inflict and launch surgical strikes against its rogue neighbour. Pakistan has tested the ferocity of air attack by Indian forces and Islamabad is not in a position to seek support from rich Islamic countries as these countries are beset with serious internal bickering.
RELIGIOUS INTOLERANCE. We do not see anywhere in this civilized world, where religion is being used to create social disharmony and killings of who are devout religious. In the name of establishing the laws enforced by unproven GOD, kidnapping and rapping of women and depriving them, even minimum right of freedom is justified. This planet had seen the rise of NAZIS, ISIS, BOKOHARAM and several other gangs of lunatics, meeting their unceremonious end, but the rise of Talibans means, complete destruction of civilized society. Human nature, theirs. weapons of choice and no feelings for human lives. Kill and get killed, appear to new political philosophy.
Surprisingly, this philosophy of violence is being supported by countries who are affluent and, in a position, to put full stop to their nefarious and sinister design. History of Afghanistan tells that certain tribal groups, would not mind killing their co-religions if they speak against drug trafficking, using young unmarried girls and widows as sex slaves
The entire world appears to be helpless while dealing with these fanatics. For enduring peace in Afghanistan, terrorist safe havens and sanctuaries in the region must be dismantled immediately and terrorist supply chains disrupted. It needs to be ensured that Afghanistan’s neighbours and the region are not threatened by terrorism, separatism and extremism. But the question is who is going to do these things?
The Taliban knows that
international community will not accept a military takeover of Afghanistan or a
return of the Taliban’s Islamic emirate. The Taliban will be isolated and an
international pariah if they choose that path, which would most certainly push
the country to further violence and destruction. UN shall never recognize
Taliban led govt in Afghanistan. It is equally important to ensure that the
territory of Afghanistan is not used by terrorist groups to threaten or attack
any other country. Those providing material and financial support to terrorist
entities must be held accountable.
It is reported that several British Spy agents are in constant touch with some Taliban leaders. CIA has acknowledged, secret meeting with some of the Taliban leaders.
CONTROLLING TALIBAN. Americans have learned that Talibans are aware of the geography of Afghanistan, so they cannot be tamed by foot soldiers. It appears that US would like to make hell the administration of Taliban by constant airstrikes. So, even if entire Afghanistan is occupied by Talibans, they will always be vulnerable to US strikes and a theocratic state cannot survive long.
RETURN OF BOUNTY KILLINGS Northern alliance is strong in Panjshir and are being supported by the Russians, Talibans do not like Russia and vice versa. Vladimir Putin, the president of a democratic Russia will not allow the Taliban’s entry into its territory, so we witness bounty killing. Afghanistan is certainly not a proper place for fighting to protect democracy of large scale and most of the victims are going to be Talibans as Americans will not be available.
DEMOCRATIC THINKING of western style is responsible for the emergence of terrorist organizations everywhere in this world. In the name of fundamental rights, all types of illegal activities like Guns culture, rape and wanton killing of innocent people have been introduced. In democracy, an over active judiciary is always ready to upheld these illegal activities. Than we have sick print media, being replaced by internet-based news forums, they are known for spreading disinformation and blackmailing the vulnerable people. China is growing fast as it is a restricted democracy, and no place for corrupt democrats, On the other hand we have money launderers in US and in India. where they enjoy the right to do every thing, as they deemed fit.
